Learn how to nose wine with the experts; detect the grape, the country of origin and its vintage. This unique event offers a relaxed and informal environment in which to strengthen internal relationships. Guests will expand their knowledge, and sample an exciting selection of wines from grapes grown in a variety of regions around the world.

A Champagne reception awaits guests as they arrive. The group is then divided into small teams. Guests then embark on a sensory discovery around the New World Odyssey completing the following tasks along the way:

Firstly identify different aromas from samples of concentrated smells commonly found in wine.

The blind wine challenge: Teams will have to correctly match four unidentified wines with four tasting note descriptions.

The third task involves a cheese tasting (the perfect accompaniment to fine wine). Teams will have to differentiate between a range of cow, sheep and goats cheeses from a variety of countries.

The grand finales will challenge the teams to correctly identify a red and white wine when blindfolded.
