Cool and contemporary, the Silver Sturgeon is the flagship of the fleet. Re-launched in March 2007 following a multi-million pound refurbishment, the Silver Sturgeon's interior and Upper Deck has been completely recreated by leading British designers and architects. The effect: a stunning 21st Century yacht. Inside, warm natural colours in cream, maple, oak and chestnut have been used to create a relaxing environment. Oval booth seating in butter soft Alma leather line both interior walls, offering stylish and comfortable seating for a large number of guests.

Roasted breast of Gressingham duck breast glazed with chestnut honey, rösti potato, citrus spiced red cabbage, pot roasted root vegetables, and a port and juniper jus
Vegetarian alternative - Savoy cabbage parcel with chestnuts and morels, pumpkin soubise, pot roasted baby root vegetables, celeriac chips and tomato based cep jus

Christmas sundae:  A trio of seasonal ice creams to include: Christmas pudding, Armagnac, and stem ginger, served with a compote of caramelised clementines and an almond tuile

Christmas petits fours to include: Christmas spiced cookies, mulled fruit jellies, glittered peppermints, chocolate whiskey fudge and champagne truffles
