Chocolate Heaven

You will be taught a brief history of chocolate whilst in luxury and indulging in champagne! The opportunity to sample an assortment of the finest, exotic homemade chocolates has arisen.   In groups you will create your own chocolate truffle centre using the finest ingredients. Watch demonstrations on how to make all your favourites such as fudge, praline and tempering chocolate.  There will also be a demonstration on how to cut, dip and decorate chocolates using various decorative techniques. All guests depart with ribbon-tied boxes containing a generous variety of their chocolates plus detailed recipe pamphlets.
